主持国家自然科学基金及四川省科技教育联合面上基金项目等项目2项。主研四川省农业科技成果转化“成渝现代高效特色农业带(川内)水产优良品种与配套健康高效养殖技术集成转化应用”项目，先后参与国家重点研发计划“重要养殖贝类种质创制与规模化制种”、国自然联合基金“皱纹盘鲍食物转化率性状遗传解析及其分子育种基础研究”等项目，近5年以第一作者发表SCI论文10篇，其中中科院一区Top论文7篇。
